National Report
On 26 October 1999, the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism,
the honourable minister Valli Moosa, officially launched the National
State of the Environment Report on the Internet. The full report is
available on-line at http://www.environment.gov.za/soer/nsoer/index.htm
An Overview Report, which is a much shorter concise version of the
complete report, is available from the Department of Environmental
Affairs and Tourism. The overview is also available in PDF format for
browsing or download. Select one of the links below to open the PDF
